Ich begann an diesem Bild
kurz vor Beginn der olympischen Winterspiele 2014 in
Sotschi zu malen. Daher die 5 Ringe. Der eigentlich
naheliegende Bezug zu Sport und Völkerverstänigung
wurde dann allerdings während des Malens zugunsten des
Versuches verdrängt, etwas zu malen, was von Form und
Farbe wenigstens mir gefallen konnte. Daas Thema 'Olympia'
war also nur der Keim zu diesem Bild.
Actually, this picture should be an image with many
colorful details. However, when I was finished with the
background of the picture, it liked it so much to me,
that I was afraid, that further painting could the image
more harm than good. So I contented myself then only even
with the four blue shapes, the red triangle, and even by
the yellow lines. |
