One whose his wife has left him may sense the meaning of this picture more intensely. A woman sits with bend
knees in the center of the picture. To her left one sees a dark green figure with a mouth wide open, ready to scream.
The figure represents the man who loves this woman and must realize that he lost her, and that he cannot win her
back even with precious jewels (shown here by the blue stone).
